Green Olive Tapenade

Green olive tapenade is a typical Mediterranean dish made with olives, capers and anchovies. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif but can also be used as a stuffing for poultry to enhance its taste and give it softness. To be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif on toasted bread.

INGREDIENTS: green olives 70.2%, olive oil 12.3%, anchovy fillets (fish) 6.6%, almond powder 5.7%, garlic 2.5%, capers 2.5%, pepper 0.2%, acidifier: lactic acid 0.2%.
