Grilled Pepper and Tomato Tartare

Star vegetables of Provençal gastronomy, peppers and tomatoes are gathered here in a tartare with the good taste of Provence, to be served on a slice of bread or as the base of a verrine. To be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif or as a salad.
