The early harvest, robust Frantoio EVOO is well-balanced with a medium bitterness, strong pungency, and a distinctive fruitiness. Herbal aromas and fresh-cut grass aroma are a delightful surprise. Upon tasting, a fresh burst of light, ripe fruit flavors, dominant, complex, green-fruit flavors of grass, green apple, mint, cinnamon, and black pepper abound in harmony.
