Produced by combining fresh, early harvest, organic Chemlali olives with an almost equal ratio of fresh, whole green Baklouti chilies. Fusion takes place when these ingredients are crushed & mixed in a malaxer which fuses the fresh green essential oil of the pepper with the oil of the organic olives.
