Honestly, we're a little embarrassed that it took us so long to make this gourmet sea salt. Anyone who's had the (mis?)fortune of giving us a hug after dinner knows we love garlic, and basil is one of the key flavors that seems to always find a way into our cooking. We're very glad that that we've got these two companions together, their flavors accented by our sustainably sourced Pacific Ocean sea salt. It's right at home with a wide varieties of cuisines (Italian to Thai, Middle Eastern to BBQ), dishes (grilled chicken to stir fry, green salad to a hearty soup) and cooking styles (BBQ to oven, stovetop to salad dressing)- we craft all of our sea salts and seasonings to be versatile, but this one might take the crown.

Garlic Chive Rooster Comb Gluten Free - 9 oz $13.95

This gluten-free pasta was created because of the overwhelming popularity of our Garlic Chive Pappardelle and Sea Shells. We infused these rooster combs with fresh garlic and chive, creating pasta that is bursting with flavor. We designed our GF pasta to be the best available anywhere, but you should know that it is made on a dedicated production line in the same general area as our gluten-based products. We believe our efforts to isolate our GF pasta have been successful as many Celiacs and gluten sensitive individuals have enjoyed our GF pasta since 2010, and we have independent lab tests confirming non-detect of gluten at 10 ppm. But if you are very sensitive to gluten, you should take into account that our facility is non-dedicated.
