The Tunisian Baklouti pepper Olive Oil is rare and unique to the Barbary Coast of North Africa. This fused olive oil is the only example of its kind in the world. Produced by combining fresh, early harvest, organic Chemlali olives with an almost equal ratio of fresh, whole green Baklouti chilies. Fusion takes place when these ingredients are crushed & mixed in a malaxer which fuses the fresh green essential oil of the pepper with the oil of the organic olives.
